HIREVISA Refund Policy

HireDiversity Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") operates "HIREVISA" in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and establishes the following refund policy.

In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the original Korean version of this refund policy, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 1. Refund Criteria

Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

    If cancellation is requested before the document correction deadline → Full refund available
  2. 2.
    If cancellation is requested after the document correction deadline → Refund not available

Article 2. Refund Handling Criteria by Case

Refund handling criteria by case are as follows:

Article 3. Refund Request Method

Refund requests can be made through the following method:

Article 4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the request is submitted.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, please click here to contact us.

Article 5. Refund by Payment Method

Refund methods by payment type are as follows:

Bank Transfer / Wire TransferRefunded after submission of a Korean bank account in the applicant's name

Depending on the issuing bank's policy, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited. If there is a delay due to card company processing, please contact your card issuer directly.

Article 6. Additional Notes

  • If the service is interrupted due to customer error (e.g., missing documents, incorrect information), the refund may be partially restricted depending on the progress.
  • Depending on the payment method, refund processing fees charged by the payment gateway (PG) may be borne by the customer.
  • This refund policy complies with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  • Service policies may be updated with prior notice via the website or by email.
