Usage restriction criteria

This document establishes the type, period, and cumulative application standards of measures pursuant to Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Rules of Use. The company determines the level of action by considering the content and extent of the violation, the size of the damage, whether it is repeated, and whether it is corrected. If the Terms of Use and the contents of this document are different, the Rules of Use shall take precedence.

If the violation is judged to be serious, the company may immediately apply a higher level or permanently restrict use without prior notice. In this case, the reason will be notified after taking action in accordance with paragraph 4.

2. Major violation

Any of the following acts may be subject to immediate and permanent ban on use and disqualification of use, even if it is a first offense. The company may take measures lower than this, considering the nature and extent of the violation and the size of the damage.

    Posting and distribution of illegally filmed videos, etc. (Processed in accordance with Article 10 of the Rules of Use)

    Attempts to sexually approach and groom minors
  3. 3.
    Information on forgery and alteration of documents related to immigration and stay, sale, purchase and brokerage of forged documents
  4. 4.
    Solicitation for rental, transfer, and sale in the name of an account, check card, or mobile phone
  5. 5.
    Forgery or alteration of school certification documents or submission of other people’s documents
  6. 6.
    Transfer/rental/sale of account
  7. 7.
    External leakage of campus channel posts, mass collection of posts using automated means
  8. 8.
    Acts that cause property damage to users, such as stealing advance deposits or deposits.
  9. 9.
    Directly inducing suicide or self-harm or recruiting companions
  10. 10.
    Re-registration and creation of sub-accounts to avoid sanctions

3. Restriction period for use

Restrictions on use for a certain period of time are determined depending on the content and severity of the violation, and are usually applied in a range from 3 to 90 days. If the same type of violation is repeated, the company may apply a longer period than the previous measure, and if the violation is serious, it may limit it beyond this scope or permanently limit it.

4. Notification of action and objection

When restricting use, the company informs users of the reason, period, and method of filing an objection. Users who have an objection to the action may raise an objection to the reception desk under Article 14 of the Rules of Use, and the company will review it and notify the result and reason.
